20+ Years of Excellence

From India to West Africa — A Journey Driven by Purpose

Advent International Limited was founded in India in 2002, built on a single conviction: that quality healthcare begins with quality equipment. In those early years, we partnered with world-leading brands like Medtronic, introducing high-performance medical technology across cardiology, laparoscopy, imaging, and critical care.

"Our conviction and belief has put us at the forefront — preferred by most stakeholders in the Healthcare Sector."

In 2013, we expanded our mission to West Africa, establishing our headquarters in Accra, Ghana. What began as one of the country's largest importers of medical consumables has grown into a full-service medical equipment company serving every major clinical department.

Today, operating under our registered brand VITASTA and through partnerships with global leaders like Philips, EDAN, Hamilton, and Sonoscape, we serve government hospitals, private facilities, and health agencies across all regions of Ghana.
