Sales Manager

 

Advent International Ltd. (Ghana) is looking for candidates for India offices in Bangalore and Hyderabad.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Maintain direction of Sales Activities towards the fulfillment of the company’s long-term and short-term targets.

• Achievement of set business targets

• Relationship building with new and existing Industry consultants.

• Liaison with regional offices for various tasks

• Keeping a tab on new business opportunities & their materialization

• Analyzing Customer requirements and mapping them with existing products for possible sale

• Product Demonstrations

• Sending Quotations 

• Post Sales co-ordination with clients with respect to the providence of promised deliverables

• Ensure release of payments from new orders as per SLA Qualification Required & Experience

• Consistently meets or exceeds goals and financial performance targets.

• Ability to impact an audience with your strong presentation skills.

• Effective application of consultative or solution selling techniques.

• Presents a professional image inside and outside of the organization.

• Persistently demonstrates a positive and enthusiastic attitude toward the company, the work, the vision, and the people.
